This is confirmed by both CPU-Z and Easy Tune. Something else I noticed is when I run Prime95 my cpu multiplier remains firmly at x12.0. So, I reinstalled cpu and heatsink (as loosly as possible because there have been reports of negative effects caused by this). When I removed the cpu all of the pins looked OK. Sorry please check your CPU Socket for bent pins, this is almost always the cause. Usually though, this is a bent CPU Socket pin or three.
Or have a short on a trace from the memory to the CPU.
That or you need to reseat your CPU as mentioned above becasue soemtimes pressure or incorrect alignment with the contact points can cause this. This is a sign of bent CPU Socket pins almost always (99%)
